We bought our home which was the Ponderosa from Arrowhead Homes and we love it! The floor plan works with a large family with the open kitchen, dining, and living rooms. We love how roomy it is and how cozy the den is with the fireplace! The sales people were wonderful to work with and very prompt to get everything set up and going and we have had a very positive experience all around. As one of our friends said he doesn’t notice that it’s a manufactured home when he’s here! We looked at many homes before deciding on Sunshine (at) Arrowhead. They are built like a real home and everyone that sees it is impressed.

I purchased a home from Arrowhead in November of 2015. I thought at first it was taking way too long, but once I received my new home the employees and staff were very helpful and prompt with all my needs and I am very pleased with the product and the service I received. I would recommend anyone looking for a manufactured home to give Johnny Emmons a call. We shopped around all the dealers in Paris and Arrowhead had the best deals on the better crafted homes.

Dear Johnny,
As you know, we just celebrated our one year anniversary in our Sunshine home that you sold us and we are so happy with our purchase. The house is amazing and there is nothing I would change about it even if it were site built. The layout is very roomy and functional and the storage in the cabinets and closets is as much as anyone could ask for. As you know we added a front porch and back deck. Most people when they see it, they do not take it for a manufactured home. The question I most often get is "How did you build it so quickly?" Here are a few of the other comments we have gotten about our home:
When we had our gutters installed, the owner of the company said that he had never worked on a house any more square or level, a good testament on the quality of construction as well as the set up done by Arrowhead Homes.
Our surveyor told me he did not realize it was a manufactured home until he saw the plates affixed to each half of the home when he was marking the house on our lot.
The best surprise came from the county tax assessor. When the tax bill arrived they had assessed it as a stick built home. When I called them and told them it was a manufactured home they at first were skeptical and had to make a second visit out to confirm that it is truly a manufactured home.
